I did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order.

  1. Ensure you entered your email accurately. If your email address was spelled incorrectly at checkout, the confirmation email will not go through. Please contact us you have entered your email incorrectly.

I did not receive a tracking number for my order.

  • Your order has not likely been shipped, yet. Notifications are sent as soon as your package leaves our door.
  • Every once in awhile this email goes to spam. Please check your spam folder.
  • If your order was edited multiple times, this may cause the shipping software to get confused and fail to send tracking. If this happened, please contact us directly to get your tracking information.

How can I buy a Shiny Orange Fox 36 with 150mm of travel, even though Fox only makes it in 170mm?

  • Fox makes airshafts of various sizes and, with our mechanical experience, we can take the fork apart and change the travel by inserting a shorter, or longer, airshaft.
  • We are only able to adjust the travel within the limits of the airshafts Fox makes. For example, the 2021 Fox 36 in Shiny Orange with the GRIP2 Damper only comes in 170mm of travel from Fox. With the various airsprings that Fox makes for that fork, we can change the fork to 130mm, 140mm, 150mm or 160mm.
  • Changing the travel, within the limits of an airshaft, does not alter the warranty. We are a Fox service center and all work is performed by professional mechanics.
  • We are one of the only shops who perform this service FREE OF CHARGE to customers who purchase their fork with us. Other shops will either not have the expertise to perform this work or will charge you for parts and labor.
    - This same principle applies to forks from other brands such as RockShox, etc.

I wanted to ship a Fox 36 to Canada, but it says "This Item can not be shipped outside of the USA" on the product page.

  • Fox and Marzocchi do not allow shipping over international borders from any retailer. You will have to buy Fox and Marzocchi products from the country you live in.

What is the best coil spring weight for me and my bike?

  • Check out this video here! We go into detail on how to choose the correct coil weight to match your weight (with bike gear on), your riding style, and your bike's geometry.
  • This website, TFTuned, is a great resource for helping you find the right coil, as well.
  • If you still have questions, please contact us directly and we will make sure you get the coil that is best for you.

I purchased an item in the last 30 days and it does not fit, and it is unused. How do I go about returning or exchanging it?

  • We strive to make this process as easy as humanly possible! Follow this link, and it will take you to a page with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us for a refund or an exchange.

I returned an item, but I have not been refunded yet.

  • Please be patient as refunds can take can take some time to process. If a debit card was used for the purchase, it may take up to 1 week to appear in your account.
  • If 7 business days have passed and you have still not seen the refund back in your account, please contact us.
